Main Structure, Hardware Configuration and Functional Features of the Instrument

◾ Adopts a structural layout with a centered measuring unit for easy gear installation. The main body of the equipment uses a natural marble base and linear guideways.

◾ Software allows setting of measurement speed and meshing rotation direction.

◾ The measurement cycle time is adjustable from 2 to 18 seconds per piece.

◾ Adopts an electric drive system for automatic tooth indexing.

◾ Automatically cleans workpieces and master gears with brushes and air guns during the measurement process.

◾ Quickly identifies the positions of gear burrs and collision damages, rotates them to face the operator for online maintenance; the detection range for collision damage errors is greater than 0.01 mm.
